研究方向:

(1)功能薄膜涂层制备与表面改性技术;

(2)微波等离子体化学气相沉积(MPCVD)金刚石制备与应用研究;

(1)面向新污染物高效降解的难熔高熵过渡层增强型石墨基掺硼金刚石电极界面结构调控及可控掺杂-生长机制研究,ok138cn太阳集团博士科研启动基金,主持,在研;

(2)基于OES等离子体原位诊断技术的掺硼金刚石可控掺杂-生长工艺研发,企业委托横向课题,主持,在研;
